We are leaving our lovely flat in Luzernerstrasse (3min walking distance from the train station "Cham" and 4min Walking distance from the lake). The flat was renovated in 2016 and we have been living here since the renovation. It has two big bedrooms, one big bathroom (shower) and a opened kitchen area (fully equipped : brand new dishwasher, oven etc.). There is two washing machines and dryers in the basement. There is also a big cellar and room for your bike. There is also the possibility to rent a parking space. The flat is free as of 15 of August.
