SWOP / Looking to swop apartments only

I want to Swop this Sunny apartment with someone else only. So if you have an apartment that might suit my needs and my apartment is what you are looking for, let's do a Swop. Idea is to take over each others rental agreements. My apartment: So if you are looking for an apartment with massive Groundfloor access *whole ground floor area is for your personal use. It has views of the lake and 8 min walk from Kilchberg station. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. Each room has its own doors opening to the garden area. Summer BBQ, with morning sun and beautiful sun rises could be yours. New kitchen and new renovated bathrooms in 2017. Massive attic for storage and another smaller storage unit on the same floor as apartment. Washing room on same floor and there is no time table, so wash anytime you want to. You can rent a parking spot infront of the apartment at CHF100pm, or park on the white line parking area for CHF35pm, paid to the local police for night parking. Kilchberg has a lower Tax rate then Zurich, so the rental is a bargain at CHF2900 per month. Your apartment: I would like to do a apartment swop with someone else and I am ideally looking for an apartment in Zurich area, still close to the lake, but something more affordable and ideally below CHF2000 per month incl utilities, the space needs to be at least 70m2 and it can be 2.5 rooms or bigger, as long as the entertaining area, kitchen , diner, lounge are big enough. There must be space for parking a car, ideally street parking, or garage parking at low cost. Ideally the apartment I am looking for should be newly renovated, at least kitchen and bathrooms. Views and quiet street areas a must. Big Balcony or outside area also required. Areas I am not interested in: Oerlikon, Kloten, Wallisellen, Adliswill, anything further than 10 min by train or tram to Zurich HB. Move in date is flexible, no later than 1 April, but lets negotiate. The sooner the better for me.
