New Head of Customer Success for French-speaking Switzerland

Flatfox has been pushing ahead with its expansion into western Switzerland since June 2018. Since then, several customers have been added in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and the potential has been confirmed.

Customers in French-speaking Switzerland are looked after locally

In order to represent Flatfox locally, a new Head of Customer Success was sought for Western Switzerland. Flatfox has found the ideal person in Luis-Miguel Gomes. Based in Fribourg, he is the new contact person for property management in French-speaking Switzerland.

As key account manager for the car-sharing service Mobility, Luis-Miguel Gomes was instrumental in its expansion in Western Switzerland. Most recently, he was responsible for the successful launch of PubliBike, the rental bike service of Swiss Post, in French-speaking Switzerland.

With his experience and knowledge of the market in French-speaking Switzerland, Luis-Miguel Gomes is able to respond to the demanding needs of our clients.
