Bright modern flat with social, sporty flatmates in their late 20s
We're two guys (Swiss and Belgian) in our late twenties, both working in start-ups. We're active and enjoy sports like skiing and squash, as well as the occasional board game night. We are both very easy going.
Because we travel quite a bit for work, we really value a social home. Friends often drop by and sometimes crash on the couch, but at the same time, we like to keep things tidy. Order and cleanliness matter to us. A cleaning lady comes every other week for three hours, which is included in the rent.
We're also planning to refresh the living room: the idea is to remove one of the desks and the TV to create a calmer, more "zen" atmosphere.
The place includes:
*Large balcony
*2 Bathrooms
*A washing machine and a dryer
We would ask a new flatmate to buy into the existing furniture in the apartment (the room will be empty) and dishes for CHF 470 (paying for the share for the flatmate that's leaving).
