Rent a room in a shared flat in Baden

Wir suchen für unser gemütliches Zimmer eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Am 14. Dezember verlässt unsere jetzige Mitbewohnerin ihr Zimmer, weshalb wir ab diesem Datum oder alternativ ab Anfang Januar 2026 neue Verstärkung in unserer WG suchen. Du würdest dir die WG mit Ramon (26) und Anna (23) teilen. Wir haben beide kürzlich unsere Studium abgeschlossen und arbeiten in Baden bzw. Zürich. Wir kochen beide sehr gerne, verbringen Zeit draussen und schätzen gelegentlich gemeinsame Zeit. Uns ist es wichtig, dass du als neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner sauber, ordentlich, rücksichtsvoll und kommunikativ bist sowie dass dir ein soziales Zusammenleben wichtig ist.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy room. Our current flatmate is leaving her room on 14 December, so we are looking for someone to join our apartment this date or, alternatively, from the beginning of January 2026. You would be sharing the flat with Ramon (26) and Anna (23). We have both recently graduated and work in Baden or Zurich respectively. We both enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors and value a social atmosphere in our apartment. It is important to us that you, as our new flatmate, are clean, tidy, responsible and communicative.

Location and flat features

• Location: Baden (perfectly communicated with Zurich), 10 minutes from the central station, in a quiet, family-friendly area.
• Room view: the bedroom faces the forest, very quiet and perfect for rest.
• Shared living areas: large open-plan living room + kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace.

Room details and furniture

• The room is furnished. Furniture sale price negotiable.
• Move-out / handover date: 14 December earliest, beginning of January 2026 latest.
