We recommend you to report more than one tenant to your landlord. A lot of interested people might bail before even signing the rent contract. One is only officially applying for a flat after signing the registration form.
All applicants who wish to get the flat on the same terms and conditions should complete the registration form. You can request the forms from the landlord. You should then send the document (as a registered letter) to your landlord with a cover letter and copies of the debt collection register checks. The Debt collection extract proves that the tenant is solvent. The debt collection register check confirms the solvency of the new tenant. One can easily order a check via flatfox: Order debt collection register check
You should keep the copies of the documents and the postal receipt. You should also inform the landlord about the date on which the new tenant wants to move in.
