You want to be informed immediately when a suitable flat becomes available? And not have unsuitable rental properties displayed in the first place? No problem thanks to the extended Flatfox search subscription!

Our search subscription has been further improved. Now you can define exactly in which radius you want to be notified about new flats. You can choose the size of the search radius as you wish.

Furthermore, it is possible to adapt the search criteria exactly to your needs. It doesn't matter whether you are looking for a 5 room flat, a parking space or your new hobby room: simply select the appropriate categories and use the other criteria to tailor the search exactly to your needs!

How do I create my search subscription?

Creating a new search subscription is easy. This short guide shows you how to get the most out of it:

First go to the Flatfox search and type in the region in which you would like to rent a flat. The easiest way to narrow down your search is to use the search filters. You may already find something interesting in the current advertisements. To be informed immediately about future advertisements, click on the orange "Subscribe" button in the top right-hand corner. (in the app, click on the orange bell🔔). Your search and filter settings are automatically applied.

Now you can move the area in which you are searching and adjust the radius. You will be informed about new advertisements in exactly this area. Below you will find further filter options, which are optionally customisable.

After creating a search subscription, the "Search Subscription Button" at the top right of the search shows the number of subscriptions created. To create new search subscriptions or manage existing ones, simply click on this button. If you already had some search subscriptions before the upgrade, these were of course transferred and are displayed here.

The overview in our Flatfox app goes one step further: under the newsfeed icon, there is a new type of overview of all your search subscriptions in which all circles of your existing subscriptions are displayed at the same time. This allows you to see the coverage and overlaps of your search subscriptions at a glance.
