Hello!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3.5-room apartment (78.5 m^2) from 1 January (flexible by a few days) and share the flat with my great roommate, Arthur.

About the flat
• Location: Rumine area, just below Parc Montrepos
• Floor: 4th floor (top floor) without lift
• Size: 3.5 rooms, 78.5 m^2
• Layout: 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, cellar, and shared laundry room (no fixed schedule)
• Equipment: Renovated in July 2021; oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher; cross-through flat
• Sun & view: Bedroom and living room are have a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and mountains and almost no opposite buildings

Room & furniture
• Your room will be unfurnished (possibility to keep the bed if you wish)
• The rest of the apartment is furnished; you can bring some additional furniture
• Some shared furniture belongs to each roommate, so a partial takeover would be appreciated

Your future roommate
• Arthur works as a project site engineer in a construction firm.
He is French (from Marseille), enjoys outdoor activities (snowboarding, hiking, etc.), and would like to share the apartment with someone calm, tidy, and respectful of both the place and the people.

Lease & documents (important)
The idea is to take over the lease with Arthur (co-tenants). We will therefore only consider candidates with a complete and solvent application, including:
• Last three salary slips
• Certificate from the debt collection office (less than 3 months old)
• ID
• Residence permit (if non-Swiss nationality)
• Liability insurance (RC)
• Completed Bernard Nicod rental form
The leasing agency is Bernard Nicod.

Rent
• Total rent: CHF 2'279.- charges included (except internet)
• Your share: CHF 1'139.50 + CHF 20.- / month for internet
