Room / Apartment:
Your room will be available in a modern apartment in Kreis 6 from April 1st (flexible from 21.03). The bedroom is about 15m2 and fully equipped (bed, cupboard, desk, chair). The apartment is very bright, quiet, spacious (104m2) and is located the 2nd floor of a new building. A balcony with a view into an inner garden gets a lot of sun during the evenings and is an amazing place during the summer to relax. It also has two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available in the bigger one. A parking spot can be rented in the building, space for parking a bike is also available. The apartment is inclusive of a cellar. Indicated price includes standard sides costs (heating, hot water, etc.). Things such as electricity and internet will come on top. We also have a cleaner coming every two weeks.

Location:
The apartment is perfectly connected:
- 10min by foot to the City Center
- 10min by bike to the lake
- 5min by bike to Zurich HB (13min by foot)
- Bus stop directly in front of the house
- 2 Tram stops are 4min away by foot
- 2 supermarkets are 5min away by foot
- Active Fitness, Update Fitness, Evo Fitness are also nearby ~10min by foot

Co-Living:
Your new flat mates will be Mattia & Marco:
- Mattia (31) is Italian and working as a post-doc. He is our sports junky and addicted to football, tennis, and bouldering. Recently, he started to become a Chess master.
- Marco (30) is German, also speaking Italian, and a project manager. He is a lover of calisthenics, running, and skiing and always looking for some inspiration in the kitchen.

We like to cook in the evening, go out for hiking, playing a tennis match or enjoying a concert. Are you ready for a Ski-Trip? 😉 However, everybody has also more than enough time for his own space.

Since we enjoy a nice & respectful co-living, we are looking for someone in the same age range who is also open to spend some time with his flatmates every once in a while and brings some good vibes :)
