2 ½ Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich mieten

Please read all the conditions below carefully:
it’s formally a ROOM SUBLET, but you’ll live there as if it were a FULL APARTMENT, at a much LOWER price, on the condition that my husband and I can access the other room and live there for 1-3 days once-twice a month. Kindly do not reach out, if this arrangement doesn’t work for you.

Period: from 1 June 2026 until January 2027 (flexible)

My husband and I are temporarily relocating to another canton for work and are looking for someone to sublet a room in our beautiful 2.5-room apartment in Brunau/Wollishofen.

Although formally a room sublet, you’ll mostly live alone and enjoy the place like a private studio (we may visit only 1–2 times per month for work-related trips and mail pick-ups). Perfect for a young professional or a couple. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Freshly renovated, fully furnished, modern kitchen and bathroom, two large balconies

The apartment is easily accessible with public transport, 3 min walk from Brunau train station and the bus stop. 10 min walk to the lake, 12 min by bike to Bahnhofstrasse/Zurich HB. Only public parking in the proximity of the apartment can be used. No pets allowed.

CHF 1,890 / month (the apartment’s full rent is much higher, we cover the difference)
