Looking for a friendly and responsible flatmate to share a bright, modern, and well-maintained 3.5 rooms apartment in Altstetten. One minute walk to the tram line 2 and 10 min walk to the Bahnhof Altstetten. The room is available from 01.01.2026 or upon agreement.
Highlights: the apartment has 2 bathrooms, each tenant will have a private bathroom. Cleaner costs to be shared monthly.
The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large living room with projector, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a wide balcony with BBQ excellent for the summer. Washing machine and dryer are inside the apartment.
We will share the following costs on top of the rent: serafe, electricity, internet, apartment cleaning service by a professional company twice a month. Total approx 200 CHF/m.
The available room is cozy, bright, and quiet since it faces a pedestrian walkway. The size is approx 15 sqm. There is a permanently built-in large wardrobe, but apart from that the furniture will be removed by the current tenant and the room will be unfurnished. The room has direct access to the sunny balcony.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Riccardo, a 33-year-old Italian working full-time at the University Hospital Zurich. I enjoy spending time together—like sharing meals, coffee or having occasionally friends over —while also respecting privacy and personal space. I like road-biking in summer and ski-touring in winter, so these hobbies take me out of the apartment most of the weekends for full days. I’m looking for a flatmate (only workers, no students) who is respectful, easy-going, friendly, and appreciates a tidy home.
