2 Rooms available with Private Bathroom in a 2-Person Shared Duplex

I’m Amia, 28, from Geneva, and a violinist. I’m looking for a long-term working 2nd roommate for my shared duplex apartment (2 people total) in Oerlikon.
What’s yours:
•2 rooms
•Private bathroom
My room is upstairs with my own bathroom and there is a storage area with washing machine and dryer.
Rent/extras:
•Rent: 1’300 CHF
•Extras to share:
WiFi/TV (39.95 CHF/month) and electricity/EWZ (150–200 CHF every 3 months)
•Deposit: 3 months
I am the main tenant and would provide a sublet contract.
About me: I love cooking (for example Japanese, I’m half Japanese), arts, cocktails (pisco sour!), games, traveling… I enjoy spending time together but also respect privacy, and I like to keep the apartment clean. I travel regularly, so you would often have the place to yourself.
