Apartment for temporary rent from 23rd May to 04th July 2026 (1.5 months).
I will be traveling and I would like to sublet my 2.5 room apartment to someone who can take good care of it.
The flat will be furnished, the open kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and all my kitchen utensils available, as well as cleaning tools.
We have Wi-fi.
It is in the ground floor, has a nice area outside with two chairs and and sofa. The living room has one TV. There is one bathroom with a laundry machine and also drying machine.
The flat is very quiet and well-insulated from the outside and the neighbors.
For the size, I think this is perfect for 1 person, but 2 people can sublet it as well.
The perfect location is a 7 minute walk from Stettbach train station, and a 2 minutes walk from Mattenfoff tram station. From the flat we are 16 minutes away from Zurich HB.
Nearby the flat there are multiple restaurants, supermarkets (Coop, Denner, Aldi) and also a Post Office. There is also a huge area to do sports and take a good walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and with little noise from cars and public transports.
