WG Zimmer in Zürich mieten

Hey!

I’m subletting my room for 6 months (01.03. - 31.08.2026) since I’m doing an internship abroad. If you’re looking for a nice and quiet retreat close to the city, this might be perfect for you.

The rent is 1400CHF per month (including utilities, wifi, furniture) with no deposit.

The Room
The room is 14m2 and comes fully furnished, exactly as in the pictures. Thanks to the large window, it has plenty of natural light during the day. Since you’re a bit higher up than the building on the opposite side, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the forest across the street.

The Apartment
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Like my room, it is fully furnished, just like in the pictures (wifi also included). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Theres a shower and bathtub, as well as two toilets. The building also contains a washing machine and dryer which is shared with the other residents, but in my experience it’s never been a problem that it was occupied.

The Vibe
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Chris, my roommate. Chris is German, 23, and a master’s student at ETH. He is very friendly, clean and respectful. When he’s not locked in, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym or for a run, cooking a good meal, hopping on an occasional gaming session, watching an anime, or just taking in the morning sun.

The Location
The apartment is located in Witikon, a very nice and calm part of Zurich. The bus stop Loorenstrasse is like a 3 minute walk away, and by bus it takes around 25 minutes to the city center, with line 31. If you’re studying at ETH, it takes around 30 minutes to get from the apartment to the main building.
There’s a Coop like 3 minutes away by foot, and Zentrum Witikon, approx. 10 min by foot or 5 min by bus, offers Aldi, Migros, and many other stores. Essentially every convenience is easily accessible both by foot/bike and by bus. Also, Witikon is still in zone 110.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone clean and responsible. We value a clean and organized apartment. Whether you’re home a lot or always out, as long as you’re communicative and kind, you’ll get along great. Guests are of course welcome, but larger parties or similar would always have to be agreed upon with Chris.
