Temporary sublet 15 Mar for 1-3 months - Spacious flat with view near Triemli, Uetliberg and good connection to HB
This large, open flat near Triemli is available as a furnished sublet from 15 March for 1-3 months, optionally through the end of June. The dates are somewhat flexible so feel free to write me with what you might need.
The nicest part is the view of nature (sometimes even with cows and sheep) and Uetliberg while at the same time being very well connected to Zurich HB (15 minutes total time: <5 minutes to the train stop then 10 minutes by train (S10) to Zurich HB).
There is currently one large bedroom (17m2) and an office (12m2), but the office could be set up as a second bedroom/guest room. There might also be the possibility of a longer-term rental of one of the bedrooms as a WG as well.
Parking is available for an additional amount (I believe 50fr/month and we'd need to arrange it with the agency, otherwise blue parking is available).
Registration is allowed.
