I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my room in a spacious 5.5-room shared apartment starting from January. The room can be rented either just for the semester or on a long-term basis.
The monthly rent is CHF 475. The apartment is officially shared by four people, but only two of us actually live here, as the other two paying roommates are almost never home. This means the flat is usually very quiet. Electricity costs are capped at a maximum of CHF 20 every two months.
The apartment has a large open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped bathroom, and a separate WC. I’m looking for a tidy, respectful, and easy-going flatmate.
The location is very central: the main square (Marktplatz) is only a 5-minute walk away. The university is about 15 minutes away by bus (or around 20 minutes on foot), and the main train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus.
