The WG is in a really convenient location. Schwamendinger Platz is only about a five minute walk away, where you can catch tram 9 or 7 as well as several bus lines. Getting around the city is easy and straightforward. There are also several supermarkets close by, so grocery shopping is quick and simple.
The apartment itself is well set up for shared living. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large common living room with a TV where everyone can hang out. On top of that, the flat is professionally cleaned about every two weeks, which definitely makes everyday life more relaxed.
The room is around 15 square meters and comes fully furnished with a desk, desk chair, bed, wardrobe, and a small shelf. So you can move in without having to organize furniture first.
From March onward, it would be possible to move in as a subtenant for two months, with the option to take over the room permanently afterwards for 1200 CHF.
We are looking for a friendly and uncomplicated person who values a respectful and clean shared space.
You should be max 35 years old and looking for a nice, well connected place.
You would be living with five other international flatmates who are all very friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. The WG includes PhD students from UZH, ETH students, and a chef, which makes for an interesting mix of backgrounds.
Every now and then there were shared cooking or TV evenings and the atmosphere is relaxed and uncomplicated.
