Looking for a student to take over my room in a friendly student house located right in the city centre. The location is hard to beat: only a 15-minute walk from ETH and UZH, with tram and bus connections literally at the door.
The room is private and fully furnished, including:
- A 160×200 cm bed
- Your own washbasin
- A personal fridge
- A spacious wardrobe and extra storage
- A comfortable workstation with a desk lamp
You’ll share the kitchen and bathrooms with a maximum of 8 other students from the same floor. The building also has a common living area with darts, gym equipment and games, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The building also includes a rooftop terrace that all tenants can enjoy.
I’m looking for a student to take over my contract as I left for an internship to the United States early this month. The stay is guaranteed until January, and you’re free to extend it afterwards for as long as you like, even for several years.
