Hey there! We're Pablo (32), Anette (31) and Ilija (30), three outgoing people looking to fill the last fantastic room in our spacious 6.5-room duplex apartment. If you're an easygoing, employed professional (ideally 25–35) who values a clean, comfortable home with occasional shared dinners or drinks, but also respects everyone's space and routines, this could be your perfect spot. We enjoy hanging out together, chatting over a meal after work or sports, catching a movie, or even a weekend outing if it feels right. But nothing's forced — it just flows from sharing the space.

We’ve had a great mixed WG in the past and genuinely appreciate the dynamic it brings, so we’re excited to keep that balanced, relaxed energy going.

**The Room:**
The remaining First Floor Room is a generous 17.3m², super bright, and overlooks a peaceful green courtyard for that serene escape from city hustle.
**CHF 1,490/month** (private en-suite bathroom). Option to buy affordable furniture from the previous roommate for an easy move-in.

Prices include all utilities (water, electricity, internet) plus a weekly professional cleaning service for the entire flat. No more chore debates!

**The Apartment:**
Our duplex is spacious and well-equipped:
Ground Floor: Modern kitchen, dining area, master bathroom, one bedroom, and a cozy balcony with lush greenery, a grill, and comfy seating — perfect for relaxed evenings.
First Floor: Bright shared living lounge, three bedrooms, laundry room, and another shared bathroom.

Extras: Ample storage under the stairs and in the basement. Garage parking available for rent if needed, plus free guest spots out front.
Common areas are fully stocked with everything you need, but we’re open to your ideas or additions to make it feel like home.

**About Us:**
We’re sporty and extroverted, often busy with work and activities, but we love a calm home base. Fun facts: Pablo moonlights as a professional water polo player (yes, really!), Anette is at her happiest when she’s on a surfboard and Ilija’s the vice-president of the local basketball club “Züri Bricklayers” — because why not add some hoops to the mix? 😄! We’re tidy, respectful, and not just looking for a “Zweck-WG”. We naturally connect over shared moments without any mandatory flat rules or forced events.
