I am moving out temporarily out of my beloved 4 room flat next to Letzigrund and plan to come back again around spring or summer 2025 (to be discussed).

The sunny, quiet penthouse flat is almost fully furnished. Situated on the top 3rd floor (first occupancy new building 4.2023).

• New parquet flooring, well-sealed, large window with electrically adjustable blinds and blackout curtains.
• Own private bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower or bathtub.
• Shared use of living and dining room with TV, modern kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher - rowing machine if interested.
• Generous window front with lots of light and warmth for your personal well-being. Often evening sun and beautiful view of the Üetliberg in a quiet, private location in the inner courtyard.
• Built-in cupboard at the entrance, laundry tower with tumble dryer in the apartment
• Home office setup including unlimited Wifi, printer, etc.
• Access to the shared roof terrace on the 8th floor next door with a view of Letzigrund stadium. Additional shared use of shared cellar compartment, bicycle cellar - optional parking space if required.
• With the exception of one room, dining room chairs and a few kitchen utensils, the apartment is fully furnished.
• Option to contribute to second office desk and entire homeoffice setup (incl. printer, unlimited hispeed wifi, etc. - or rent entire homeoffice room.)

I SEEK:

• Reliable, careful and neat tenant(s) who is/are open to sublease the apartment for the duration of 9 months or up to a year.
• Age, gender, etc. won't matter. You have to be able to afford the rent and take care of the flat and all of its furniture.
