WG Zimmer in Zürich mieten

In meiner schönen 90m2 Wohnung wird ein helles, geräumiges Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 13m2 gross, lichtdurchflutet (den ganzen Tag Sonne!) und bietet viel Platz für deine persönliche Einrichtung. Eine Matratze kann bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Wichtig: Das Zimmer ist vorerst befristet bis zum 1. Oktober; wir sind jedoch bemüht, eine Verlängerung zu ermöglichen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über:

• Eine sehr geräumige Küche mit Esstisch und direktem Zugang zum Balkon
• Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit grossem Sofa und moderner Musikanlage
• Stauraum im Einbauschrank im Wohnzimmer, der teilweise mitbenutzt werden kann
• Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (geteilt)
• Einen grosszügigen Gang, der alle Zimmer verbindet
• Eine gemeinsame Waschküche im Haus. Der Waschplan wird mit anderen Familien geteilt, ist aber sehr entspannt – man muss in der Regel nicht warten und findet unkompliziert Zeit zum Waschen.

Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral – nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hegibachplatz und Klusplatz, 1 Minute zur Tramlinie Nr. 4 und ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Tram vom Bahnhof Stadelhofen entfernt. Perfekte Anbindung und trotzdem angenehmes Quartier.
Zu deinem Mitbewohner:
Ich bin 24, studiere an der PH Zürich und lege grossen Wert auf ein kollegiales, entspanntes Zusammenleben sowie Sauberkeit. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, lese viel und arbeite neben dem Studium in der Bar Belmondo. Ich koche auch gerne und probiere neue Rezepte aus. Ich arbeite kreativ und bin an Kunst sowie Design interessiert. Als offener, kommunikativer Charakter schätze ich Austausch, respektiere aber auch Privatsphäre. Auch freue ich mich über das eine oder andere WG-Dinner.
Ich suche eine offene, unkomplizierte Person, die Lust auf ein angenehmes WG-Leben hat.

A bright and spacious room is becoming available in my beautiful 90m2 apartment. The room is 13m2, filled with natural light throughout the day, and offers plenty of space to make it your own. A mattress can be provided if needed.
Important: The room is initially available until October 1st, but we are trying to arrange an extension if possible.
The apartment offers:

• A very spacious kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the balcony
• A cozy living room with a large sofa and a modern sound system
• Storage space in the built-in wardrobe in the living room (partially available for shared use)
• A shared bathroom with a bathtub
• A generous hallway connecting all rooms
• A shared laundry room in the building. The washing schedule is shared with other families, but it’s very relaxed — you usually don’t have to wait and can easily find time to do your laundry.

Location:
The apartment is very centrally located — only a 10-minute walk to Hegibachplatz and Klusplatz, 1 minute to tram line no. 4, and about 10 minutes by tram to Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Perfect connections while still being in a pleasant neighborhood.
About me:
I’m 24 years old and study at PH Zürich. I really value a friendly, relaxed, and respectful flat-sharing atmosphere, as well as cleanliness. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, reading, cooking, and working creatively. I’m interested in art and design and work part-time at Bar Belmondo alongside my studies.
I’m an open and communicative person who enjoys meaningful conversations but also respects personal space. I’m always happy about the occasional shared dinner or cooking evening together.
