The room is approximately 16 sqm. The flat has two floors, 10 rooms (5 per floor) and 4 bathrooms (2 per floor). On the bottom floor, there is a spacious kitchen, while on the top floor, there is a cosy common area equipped with a projector and a Wii. The building also offers a rooftop, perfect for summer BBQs, a sauna, and a (free) washing machine room.

Located in a pleasant area of Oerlikon with plenty of green spaces, the flat is still conveniently close to the city center. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and Oerlikon station is only 3 minutes away by bus, from where you can reach HB Station in 5 minutes by train. The ETH/UZH Zentrum is accessible in 20-25 minutes by tram, and ETH Hönggerberg is just 20 minutes away by bus.

We are looking for a nice, tidy and clean person who respects other people's space but also enjoys spending time together. You must be a student and meet the Woko criteria. Ideally, we would like someone who contributes to creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere in the flat.

We are ten people from different countries. We mostly speak English in the flat, but some of us also speak German, Italian, Spanish and Greek. Some of us like to cook and eat together, have movie and Mario Kart nights, play board games, or do activities together on the weekends. Others value their personal space and tranquility in the flat. We respect each other's need for privacy and quiet time. Whether you enjoy socializing and group activities or prefer a more peaceful environment, you'll find a good balance here.
