I am subletting a 41m² 1-room apartment in Zurich-Oerlikon for exactly three months. The apartment features high ceilings and a bright atmosphere. Key Features:
Outdoor Space: Two small balconies and a seating area in the garden.
Location: 7-minute walk to Oerlikon station . Close to shops, restaurants, and Käferberg (nature/running, some of the best views of Zürich).
Furnishing: Fully furnished including a 140x200 bed and a desk. High-speed WLAN and PS4 (with Prime Video & Sky) are included.
Storage: My clothes and some other personal belongings will be stored in the cellar, providing empty closet space for you.
Appliances: Shared laundry in the building. Please note: There is no dishwasher.
Climate: Mobile air conditioning unit (AC) available for the summer months.
Rental Details:
Period: 29 April 2026 to 31 July 2026. Ideally the whole period, but we can talk about the exact dates
Rent: 1740 CHF / month (All-inclusive: heating, electricity, and internet).
