Option 1: Private Room in a Shared Apartment
Are you looking for a cosy and comfortable place to stay for a short time?
We offer a bright 20 m2 private room in our shared apartment. The room is fully furnished with:

• A large, comfortable bed
• A dedicated workspace with screen – perfect for home office
• Plenty of space to feel at home

You would be sharing the apartment with Arjuna (30), who enjoys sports and culture. We value openness, respect, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Price: CHF 1’600.– (for the entire period)
Available: 08.01 – 06.02
The price includes:

• High-speed internet
• Professional cleaning service every 2 weeks
• Washing machine & tumble dryer (inside the apartment)
• All additional costs (utilities, etc.)

Option 2: Rent the Entire Apartment
You can also rent the entire 3.5-room apartment for yourself.
In addition to the main bedroom, there is:

• A second bedroom with a double bed
• An additional workspace
• Full privacy and exclusive use of the apartment and roof terrace
• Price: CHF 3020.– (for the entire period)
