We are 4 bedrooms flat. One person per room. I'm Lambo. I'm 29, greek, work in gastronomy. I like to go to gym(fitnesspark) and open for any activity. I am antismoker and love to live in clean flat. Diego, 29, italian, biomedical engineer and dj, mostly travels but when here, he likes to spend nice time all together, or exercise, hike, bike, etc. One more person. And u.

We have bus station 5m from our home. 30m ca to Central Train Station(HB). By car in 3m u are in autoway (west ring). We have Friday and Saturday night buses too(whole night). Or u can use bike. It's 20m to HB.(on return better be strong, we live on a hill). Our flat is a ground floor 5.5 rooms(117m² indoor/142m² with terrace) furnished apartment surrounded by forests in a quite area.
Shared part and your room are totally furnished. As entering the apartement on the right is a small bathroom, on the left a wardrobe for jackets and shoes, a door that leads to my room. Crossing the hallway on the left is the living room with a courner couch, an armchair, a dinning table, a piano, a lot of bookshelves with various encyclopedias or history books, and few plants around and the exit to our garden. In front is our kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and is fully equipped. On right is the big bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub. Then are the 3 bedrooms. Downstairs we have the private cellar and building´s shared washing&dry machine&a huge room to hung your clothes (only 4 apartements use them, so always is available). Our flat has a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bath, and a bathroom with a shower. Also, we have a big terrace with a lounge and a gym with 40kg each dumbell, a weight bench and a horizontal bar, a big garden(300m2), a private spot for motorcycle on the street(belongs to our apartment). Free public parking for cars on the street, that always has free spots, bike parking in the basement. Option of private parking for a vehicle on the basement too(140fr?/month).

In our area there are Denner, Migros, Coop, Volg, a gym, a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis and a skate park. Exists Vitaparcours on the top of the hill, too. And thousand of paths to walk to the forest.

Your room will be 10m² private room, frontal, that has a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The price is circa 700fr. In total. ALL INCLUSIVE. 450Mbps Internet.
