an open-plan kitchen and dining area,
3 bedrooms (2of which are available for rent):
bedroom 1: 13m2, price per month: 1175 CHF incl. utilities
bedroom 2: 20m2, price per month: 1380 CHF incl. utilities
a separate office room (perfect for home office),
one bathroom and a separate toilet.
The flat is well-connected to the city, supermarkets (Coop and Migros within 3 min walk), and Irchel Park, making it ideal for students and young professionals.

I’m a 31-year-old PhD student at ETH Zürich, easy-going, and enjoy a calm and respectful shared flat environment. I’m ideally looking for open-minded, reliable flatmates who enjoy a relaxed but friendly WG atmosphere.
