Rent a 3 ½ rooms apartment in Eclagnens

Nous louons notre appartement de deux grandes chambres pour une durée de 6 à 7 mois dès septembre 2026 (ou août) jusqu'à fin Mars 2027 (dates précises à définir ensemble selon besoin). L'appartement est entièrement meublé, il y a une machine à laver privée et la cuisine est agencée.

Il est adapté pour deux étudiants en colocation (ou deux couples), ou une famille avec enfant. L'immeuble est très calme et nous souhaitons des locataires respectueux des voisins et du bien.

Pour 2000chf, tout est inclus dans le prix : loyer, charges, wifi, meubles, vaisselles et une ou deux places de parc au besoin. Il est situé en campagne mais à seulement 5 min de voiture d'Echallens ou 15 min de Lausanne et Yverdon. Il y a également un arrêt de bus (direct pour Echallens ou Cheseaux sur Lausanne).

De préférence, nous demandons un garant suisse, mais sur demande Swisscaution nous conviendrait. Nous demandons également une assurance RC ménage.

We are renting out our apartment with two large bedrooms for a period of 6 to 7 months, from September 2026 (or August) until the end of March 2027 (exact dates to be agreed together depending on needs). The apartment is fully furnished, includes a private washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

It is suitable for two students sharing (or two couples), or for a family with a child. The building is very quiet, and we are looking for tenants who are respectful of both the neighbors and the property.

For CHF 2,000, everything is included in the price: rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, furniture, kitchenware, and one or two parking spaces if needed. The apartment is located in the countryside but only a 5-minute drive from Echallens and 15 minutes from Lausanne and Yverdon. There is also a bus stop nearby (direct connections to Echallens or Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne).

Preferably, we ask for a Swiss guarantor, but Swisscaution would also be acceptable upon request. We also require household liability insurance (RC ménage).
