Room available in Kirchenfeld flat share starting April 1st
We are two PhD students (one Scottish girl (26), and one French guy(27)) with a room available in our flat share located in Kirchenfeld, Bern from the 1st of April. The flat has a washing machine shared by the 3 flatmates, which is in the kitchen, there is also a living room, with a sofa and a large TV. There are also 2 bathrooms in the flat. We have a garden shared by the block (there are 4 other flats in the block), the other people who live there are families who are very chill and nice (no problems with noise etc.). There is also storage in the basement and another washing machine and dryer shared by the 5 flats.
We are busy and sporty people, so we are usually only in the flat in the evenings. But when we are in the flat at the same time, we are always up for a nice chat/ or to hang out. We are looking for someone who is also between the ages of 22-27 and ideally a student with a similar lifestyle!
The flat is a 3 min walk from a tram stop where the numbers 8, 7, and 9 stop, a 5 min walk from a Migros and a 10 min walk from a large Aldi. It is a 15 min walk to Bahnhof, and a 25 min walk to Uni Bern (15 min by public transport).
The room is a good size, and has lots of built in storage (shelves and wardrobe). It will come partially furnished (mattress, desk, chair, and storage drawers). The room gets a lot of natural light and has central heating.
