Rent a room in a shared flat in Bern

Ich biete ein möbliertes 15.7 m² grosses Zimmer mit:
- Massgefertigtem Bett
- Verstecktem Stauraum hinter dem Bett
- Bücherregal inkl. Sportequipment
- Einbauschrank
- Höhenverstellbarem Bürotisch inkl. Bürostuhl
- Bildschirm zur Nutzung als Laptop-Erweiterung
- Falls du sonst noch etwas im Zimmer siehst, das du gerne mitbenutzen möchtest, können wir darüber sprechen.

Zeitraum:
Von Februar bis Juli 2026, mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung – dann allerdings ohne Möbel.
Falls du bereits im Januar ein Zimmer brauchst, wäre ein Einzug ab Mitte Januar möglich. Lass uns einfach darüber sprechen.

Die Wohnung bietet:
- Balkon mit Urban Gardening
- Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Morgensonne
- Standard-Badezimmer
- Gut ausgestattete Küche für Hobbyköchinnen und -köche
- Kleines Foyer

Du würdest die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Victoria teilen. Sie schliesst gerade ihren PhD an der Uni Bern ab, ist daher viel beschäftigt, aber immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben.

Dieses Zimmer ist ideal für dich, wenn du:
- eine Wochenaufenthalterin / ein Wochenaufenthalter in Bern bist
- noch nicht sicher bist, ob das Leben oder Studium in Bern das Richtige für dich ist
- einfach deine optimale Wohngegend suchst

Kosten:
720 CHF pro Monat

- A custom-built bed
- Hidden storage space behind the bed
- Bookshelf, including some sports equipment
- Built-in wardrobe
- Height-adjustable desk with office chair
- Monitor that you can use as a laptop extension
- If you see anything else in the room you’d like to use temporarily, I’m open to discussing it.

Availability:
From February to July 2026, with the possibility of extending the stay — although the room would then be unfurnished.
If you already need a room in January, moving in from mid-January is also possible. Just let me know and we can talk about it.

- are still looking for the neighbourhood that suits you best
