• 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria
• 20 minuti dall'università (USI e SUPSI) e 15 minuti dal centro di Lugano.

• 20 minutes from the university (USI and SUPSI) and 15 minutes from the center of Lugano.

• Shared kitchen: equipped with a table, chairs, fridge, electric stove with 4 burners, oven, and all necessary cooking utensils.
• Shared bathroom: with a toilet, sink, and bathtub.
• Shared laundry room in the building.

Conditions:

• Furniture available for 400 CHF (negotiable), payable either in a single installment or in multiple payments.
