Die Wohnung liegt in einem liebevollen Altbau und hat richtig Charakter, viel Charme und das typische Altstadt-Flair - perfekt für jemanden, der das urbane Leben im Mittelpunkt Zürichs liebt, aber dennoch einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort sucht.

Zur Lage:

• Mitten in der Altstadt, im lebendigen Niederdörfli
• Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hauptbahnhof Zürich (HB)
• Direkt vor der Tür: Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Läden, Kultur und das pulsierende Stadtleben!

Ich suche:

• Ich suche jemanden, der meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung für min. 6 Monate bewohnt, achtsam damit umgeht und das einzigartige Stadtleben im Herzen von Zürich erleben möchte
• Nichtraucher/in, keine Haustiere

Someone who will respectfully live in my lovingly furnished apartment for a period of at least 6 months, and who wants to truly enjoy the unique lifestyle Zurich’s Old Town has to offer.
