Rent a room in a shared flat in Enge

Listing text: Medium-large private room, empty and never furnished. Note: nothing shown in the photos will be present in the room. • Bathroom and kitchen shared with two very quiet roommates who are often out for work in the afternoon until early evening. • Lamp in the room: will be installed by the agency soon, so the light works in the evening. • Two power outlets in the room. • Garbage and shared expenses: roommates share their own costs (including Zurich blue trash bags), you don’t participate in anything and manage everything individually. The trash bins are outside, so zero stress. • The apartment has radiators, useful for drying clothes. • Laundry: free washing machine and dryer available anytime (just bring your own detergent). • Lease extension: if you want to stay longer, you can discuss directly with the agency. • Convenient location: about 30 minutes walking to central Zurich, 15–22 minutes by public transport. Great if you work late—no need to worry about taxis or Uber.

IMPORTANT: To apply, you will need a passport, ID card, or permit, proof of monthly salary, and a signed subtenant agreement.
