Hallo allerseits,
für unsere wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung in der Enge suche ich eine Untermieterin für den Monat Januar / oder für Dezember und Januar (Einzug auch flexibel schon im Dezember möglich).
Wegen Sanierung müssen wir danach leider raus und meine Mitbewohrin ist schon umgezogen.
Würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand meldet, der die letzte Zeit hier noch zusammen mit mir geniessen möchte.
Kurz zu mir: Julia, ich wohne seit 6,5 Jahren hier in der WG, geniesse das Stadtleben und weine schon ein bisschen, dass ich jetzt ausziehen muss;)

I'm looking for a subtenant for our beautiful and cozy apartment in Enge for the month of January / or for December and January (moving in as early as December is also possible).
Unfortunately, we have to move out after renovations, and my roommate has already moved out.
I would be happy if someone would like to enjoy my last few days here with me.
