I’m looking for someone to take over my room on a WG starting from the beginning of March, until end of June approximately (renovations take place into the apartment, possibility of delay)
The apartment is really well located, trams 13, 7, and 5 within 7 minutes walk. Shilcity and Enge main station at 10 minutes walk both. Lake at 15 minutes walking. There is a big park at 2 minutes from the apartment.
Really spacious and bright room with big built-in closet, possibility to take over the bed if arranged.
The apartment has a full equipped kitchen and separated bathroom and toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Rent is 940chf per month.
Information required by the agency:
• Copy of passport or ID
• Residence permit (if applicable)
• Employment contract or proof of income
• Recent Betreibungsregisterauszug
Also 3 months deposit (possibility to do with Swisscaution)
