Rent a room in a shared flat in Zürich

Wir suchen eine_n unkomplizierte_n, zuverlässige_n und ordentliche_n Mitbewohner*in für unsere 3er-WG in Zürich. Uns ist wichtig, dass du im Leben stehst, einen geregelten Alltag hast und Lust auf ein vertrauensvolles, entspanntes Zusammenleben mitbringst :)

Du würdest die Wohnung mit zwei jungen Mitbewohnern (männlich) teilen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit genügend Fläche, sowie 2 vollwertigen Badezimmern & Balkon in der Sonne!
Da die WG im Sommer erst neu gegründet wurde, kannst du dich auch gerne gestalterisch auslebe, sodass du dich wohl fühlst!

Wir sind sportlich unterwegs (z.B. joggen, radfahren, Gym, schwimmen), interessieren uns für Kultur und Freizeitaktivitäten – haben aber auch unsere eigenen Freundeskreise und respektieren Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig freuen wir uns, wenn man sich im Alltag mal sieht: gemeinsam kochen, ein Spieleabend, oder auch mal eine Runde laufen/ride – ganz ohne Zwang.

Zu dir: idealerweise 25 - 35(m), ordentlich, freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und zuverlässig. Du suchst etwas für mindestens 6 Monate, gerne auch länger und bist spontan/ flexibel mit dem Einzugstermin idealerweise ab mitte März!

Zimmer wird unmöbliert weiter gegeben und es gibt keine Abschlagszahlung für die Einrichtung! Falls Interesse an manchen Möbel besteht, können wir das auch gerne besprechen!

We’re looking for an easy-going, reliable and tidy flatmate to join our 3-person shared flat (WG) in Zurich. It’s important to us that you’re settled in life, have a structured daily routine, and are up for a relaxed, trusting living environment :)

You’d be sharing the apartment with two young flatmates (male). The flat is fully equipped, offers plenty of space, and comes with two full bathrooms plus a sunny balcony. Since the WG was only founded this past summer, you’re also welcome to add your own touch and help shape the place so you feel at home.

We’re quite active (e.g. running, cycling, gym, swimming) and enjoy culture and leisure activities — but we also have our own friend circles and respect privacy. At the same time, we like a friendly vibe at home: cooking together, an occasional game night, or going for a run/ride every now and then — no pressure.

About you: ideally 25–35 (m), tidy, friendly, considerate and dependable. You’re looking to stay for at least 6 months(longer is even better) and you’re spontaneous/flexible with the move-in date — ideally from mid-March.

The room will be rented unfurnished and there is no takeover payment for the existing furniture. If you’re interested in taking over any specific items, we can of course discuss it.
