Wir stellen unser helles, möbliertes Studio mitten in Zürich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Gesucht wird eine unkomplizierte, sorgfältige Person (Nichtraucher*in, keine Haustiere), die das Studio Montag bis Freitag nutzt.
Das grosszügige Studio verfügt über drei Fenster, viel Licht sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und abschliessbarem WC.
Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Doppelmatratze (auf Wunsch zusätzlich eine Einzelmatratze), ein Zweier-Sofa, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein grosser Kühlschrank. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden! Mikrowelle und/oder Wasserkocher können installiert werden, aber KEINE Herdplatten! Zudem kann die weitläufige Dachterrasse gemeinschaftlich mitbenutzt werden, wie eine Waschmaschine.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beim Lochergut sowie zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Bäckeranlage, Fritschiwiese und die Sihl sind schnell erreichbar.
Gesucht wird eine unkomplizierte, sorgfältige Person (Nichtraucher*in, keine Haustiere), die das Studio Montag bis Freitag nutzt.

We are offering our bright, furnished studio in the center of Zurich for shared use. We are looking for an easy-going, careful person (non-smoker, no pets) to use the studio from Monday to Friday.
The spacious studio has three windows, plenty of light, and a bathroom with a shower and lockable toilet.
The furnishings include a double mattress (an additional single mattress is available on request), a two-seater sofa, a shelf, a desk with chair, and a large refrigerator. There is no kitchen! Microwave and/or electric kettle can be installed, but NO hotplates! In addition, the spacious roof terrace can be used communally as can a washing machine.
The location is very central: shopping facilities at Lochergut and numerous cafés, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Bäckeranlage, Fritschiwiese, and the Sihl are also within easy reach.
We are looking for an easy-going, careful person (non-smoker, no pets) to use the studio from Monday to Friday.
We are easygoing and often visit Zurich for work and to see friends.
