Seefeld in Kreis 8, is the most charming, beautiful quartier. It's a quiet neighborhood but restaurants and cafés are nearby. In 5 mins, you are at the lake (Chinagarten and Zürihorn).
The tram station "Höschgasse" and Coop is 2 min away. Takes 5 min to get to the Opera House / Bellevue with tram or bus.
The apartment is on a one way street that is quiet and the flat is facing the Innerhof (garden).
