It is on the 1st floor and has 5 rooms, one of which is a walk-through room (currently used mainly as an office) and 3 bedrooms. The south-west facing balcony is fantastic, especially in spring, and the large private garden is also inviting. A large basement offers plenty of storage space.
The house is old, stylish, and rather thin-walled; considerate subtenants are sought.
