Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Monate (April, Mai) befristet und möbliert zu vermieten, da wir reisen gehen. Der Balkon wird gerade vergrössert und ist bei Einzugstermin fertig. Vor Rückgabe der Wohnung wird zusätzlich eine einmalige Reinigungsgebühr von 130.- Franken fällig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wipkingen in der Nähe der Rosengartenstrasse. Das Schlafzimmer ist jedoch ruhig und zeigt Richtung grünen Innenhof. Bahnhof/Coop/Migros sind in 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Zürich Hardbrücke ist mit ÖV in 5 Min erreichbar.
The apartment is available to rent furnished for a limited period of two months (April, May) as we are going on a trip. The balcony is currently being enlarged and will be ready by the move-in date. A one-time cleaning fee of CHF 130 is payable before returning the apartment.
The apartment is located in Wipkingen near Rosengartenstrasse. However, the bedroom is quiet and faces the green courtyard. The train station/Coop/Migros are a 5-minute walk away. Zurich Hardbrücke can be reached in 5 minutes by public transport.
