Rent a 2 ½ rooms apartment in Zürich

Aufgrund eines Auslandeinsatzes untervermiete ich meine schöne 2.5-Zimmer Wohnung (möbliert) in Wiedikon von April bis Oktober (mit Option auf Verlängerung).

Preis: 2020.-
Zzgl. Kosten: 140.-/Monat für Putzkraft alle zwei Wochen und ca. 60.-/Quartal für’s ewz

Total: 2160.-/Monat (zzgl. ewz)

Die Wohnung bietet ein grosses Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine geräumige Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler und ein helles, grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Die Kleiderschränke im Schlafzimmer, den Spiegelschrank und die Kommode im Bad sowie das USM Möbel im Flur würde ich selbstverständlich für die Dauer der Untermiete leer räumen. Auch das Fahrrad, das auf dem Schlafzimmerbild zu sehen ist, kommt für die Dauer der Untermiete weg. Bei Bedarf wird das zur Wohnung gehörende Kellerabteile ebenfalls frei gemacht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten (4.) Stock und ist über das Treppenhaus oder den Lift erreichbar. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen und einem Tumbler zur freien Benutzung. Man muss sich lediglich im Waschplan eintragen. Im Dachgeschoss sowie auch im Keller befinden sich 4 grosse Trocknungsräume mit Wäscheleinen zum Wäsche aufhängen. Fahrräder können im Velokeller verstaut werden.

Coop, Lidl und zwei Bäckereien sind innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenso wie eine Bahn- und eine Busstation. Zu Fuss sind es ca. 25 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Enge.

Gesucht wird eine/n Untermieter:in, die meiner Wohnung für 6 Monate (oder mehr) Sorge trägt, sauber und ordentlich ist und einen ruhigen Lebensstil pflegt.

Due to a work assignment abroad, I am subletting my beautiful 2.5-room flat (furnished) in Wiedikon from April to October (with the option to extend).

Additional costs: 140.-/month for cleaning service every two weeks and approx. 60.-/quarter for ewz

Total: 2160/month (plus ewz)

The flat has a large bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and a bright, large living room with balcony. I would of course empty the wardrobes in the bedroom, the mirror cabinet and chest of drawers in the bathroom, and the USM furniture in the hallway for the duration of the sublet. The bicycle shown in the bedroom picture will also be removed for the duration of the sublet. If needed, the basement storage compartments belonging to the flat can also be cleared.

The flat is located on the top (4th) floor and can be reached via the staircase or elevator. In the basement there is a laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer for free use. All you have to do is sign up for the laundry schedule. In the attic and in the basement there are 4 large drying rooms with clotheslines to hang your laundry. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

Coop, Lidl and two bakeries are within a 2-5 minute walk, as are a train and bus station. It is about a 25-minute walk to the Zurich main station and about 15 minutes to Enge station.

I am looking for a subtenant who will take care of my flat for 6 months (or more), is clean and tidy, and has a quiet lifestyle.
