Rent a room in a shared flat in Zürich

Hi there 😊 my current flatmate will leave Switzerland soon; therefore I am looking for someone (preferably a woman) to take over her place in this beautiful apartment in Affoltern. My name is Lisa; I am a PhD student at ETH Zurich. Since I will probably leave Switzerland in about 1 year, I would prefer to find someone who is willing to take over the main contract of our apartment.
We are located in walking distance of Affoltern train station, where you also have a small shopping center with a Migros supermarket and a post office. There are several bus stops in close vicinity too. The flat is perfect for people working/studying at ETH Hönngerberg. The area is generally quiet and peaceful with lots of families living in the area. Within a few minutes of walking, you reach the forest, there is even a small lake close by (ca. 20min walking distance).
The apartment is on the ground level and has 3 rooms as well as kitchen, bathroom and a storage space in the cellar. The way the rooms are arranged is not ideal for sharing, right now we are using the biggest room as living room, however, since the only remaining room is rather small (10m2), I would offer the big room to you and we could share the small room as a living space. If you prefer it the other way around, we could also do that, of course rent would be a lot cheaper for you then (ca 740 CHF). The big room has access to a nice terrace surrounded by a small garden. In the house, there are a washing machine and a tumbler available for all tenants (you have to pay to use the washing machine, but it’s not very expensive).
