The laundry room, equipped with washers, dryers, and drying rooms, is shared with half of the building's residents.
The apartment has a lift. Parking lot can be applied.

7 minutes walk to Affoltern train station, and another 15 minutes ride to Zurich HB
Supermarkets (Denner, Coop, Migros) within 6 minutes by foot
ETH Honggerberg can be reached less than 15 minutes by bus 37
