Rent a 2 ½ rooms apartment in Zürich

Ich ziehe aus meiner wunderschönen Wohnung aus, da ich das Glück habe eine alte Wohnung eines Kollegen zu übernehmen.

Die Wohnung ist top modern (Fertigstellung 2024) ich bin Erstbezüger der Wohnung und gab ihr natürlich die nötige Sorge. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell durch die vielen Fenster und zeichnet sich durch ihre hohe Decke, Betonspritzboden (super easy zum Putzen und man sieht keine Staub :) ) und moderen Geräte (Waschmaschine + Tumbler, Abwaschmaschine, Induktionsherd usw.) aus. Sie besitzt eine super Grösse und ihre Aufteiliung macht sie Ideal für Singels aber auch gut nutzbar als Pärchen zu zweit. Das Bad is topmodern und schön verarbeitet.

I am moving out of my beautiful apartment because I’ve had the opportunity to take over a charming older apartment from a colleague.

The apartment is ultra-modern (completed in 2024). I was the first tenant and have taken great care of it. It is very bright thanks to the many windows and stands out with its high ceilings, polished concrete flooring (very easy to clean and you barely see any dust), and modern appliances (washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.).

It offers a great amount of space, and the layout makes it ideal for singles while also being very comfortable for a couple. The bathroom is modern and beautifully finished.

The neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet, and the entire apartment is well insulated. It’s honestly hard for me to leave, as it’s truly a cozy and comfortable place to live — come and see for yourself!
