Rent a 2 ½ rooms apartment in Zürich

Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca.90m2 und das Schlafzimmer 18.5m2, mit Parkett - bei Bedarf mit Bett und weiteren Möbeln, aber auch unmöbliert möglich, 2 separate Toiletten. Es gibt einen abschliessbaren Veloraum, Küche mit Spülmaschine. Sehr unkomplizierte Waschküche. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss mit schönem, ruhigen Terrassenbereich.
Ab 01.Juli 2026 verfügbar, evtl.auch schon etwas früher. Es gibt noch ein kleineres Schlafzimmer (13m2), welches ich behalten möchte, daher auch die reduzierte Miete. Ich schlafe so gut wie nie dort, werde einfach eher tagsüber 2/3 mal die Woche dort sein. Weiteres erkläre ich dann bei einem Treffen/telefonisch vorab. Eigentliche Miete wäre 2150,- und bald in etwa 200,- mehr, da die Bäder, Küche und Flur im April/Mai und wahrscheinlich Anfang Juni noch komplett saniert werden. Bilder zeige ich bei Interesse gerne in Papierform. Ich w,43J, unkompliziert, sozial engagiert, arbeitend im schulisch/heilpäd. Bereich, gerne auch mal auf ein Getränk für ein Gespräch zu haben, aber alles zwanglos.
Bus direkt vor der Haustür - Tram 2 in 7min zu Fuss - Bhf Altstetten in 10min erreichbar.

The entire apartment is approximately 90 m² and the bedroom is 18.5 m², with hardwood floors—can be furnished with a bed and other furniture if needed, but can also be rented unfurnished; 2 separate bathrooms. There is a lockable bike storage room and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Very convenient laundry room. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a beautiful, quiet terrace area.
Available starting July 1, 2026, possibly even a little earlier. There is also a smaller bedroom (13 m²), which I would like to keep, hence the reduced rent. I hardly ever sleep there; I’ll just be there 2–3 times a week during the day. I’ll explain more during a meeting or over the phone beforehand. The actual rent would be 2,150, and soon about 200 more, as the bathrooms, kitchen, and hallway are still undergoing complete renovation in April/May and likely early June. I’d be happy to show you more if you’re interested. I’m a 43-year-old woman, easygoing, socially engaged, working in the school/special education field, and happy to meet for a drink and a chat, but everything is casual.
Bus right outside the front door—Tram 2 is a 7-minute walk away—Altstetten Station is reachable in 10 minutes.
