Die Wohnung ist befristet bis zum 30.09.2026 aufgrund möglichem Umbaus, aber es besteht eine grosse Chance auf Verlängerung des Vertrages. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und besteht aus einem Flur, einer Küche, einem Bad mit Badewanne, einem Kellerabteil, einer Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockenraum und einem Garten.

Nun zu uns, wir sind 2 ETH-Studenten, Veronika (22. J. alt, BSc. Bauing), Johann (19. J. alt, BSc. Chemie). Wir suchen nach einem Studenten oder einer Studentin, die ungefähr in unserem Alter ist. Sie sollte respektvoll, sauber und kommunikativ sein.

The flat is available until 30 September 2026 due to possible renovation work, but there is a good chance that the contract will be extended. The flat is fully furnished and consists of a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a basement storage room, a laundry room with washing machine and drying room, and a garden.

Now about us: we are two ETH students, Veronika (22 years old, BSc in Civil Engineering) and Johann (19 years old, BSc in Chemistry). We are looking for a student who is around our age. They should be respectful, clean and communicative.
