TEMPORARY, ~2 months: Bright, furnished 13m2 room in ~70m2, 950 CHF (includes heating/electricity/internet/cleaning).

We’re Kieran (British/Dutch) and Sinéad (French-speaking Swiss), a couple in our early thirties. Kieran is a social scientist in tech, and Sinéad works in palaeontology. We’re both quiet, open-minded people who enjoy cooking, going out for coffee, podcasts, and (probably too many) TV
series. We’re happy to chat or eat together spontaneously, but without any expectations on either side.

• Furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, and clothes rack
• 10 Gbit fibre internet included
• Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, including all equipment (dishwasher, TV
with Netflix, etc.)
• Non-smoking apartment, no balcony

• Building is ~10 years old, built to Minergie standards with good sound insulation
• Laundry room on the ground floor with no fixed schedule
• 10–15 minutes’ walk to Oerlikon station and nearby supermarkets

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally someone similarly quiet, clean, and open-minded, in their late 20s to 30s, who speaks English or French. Happy to meet over video chat if you’re currently outside the country.

Rent & conditions:
• CHF 950/month, including utilities (water, electricity, heating), high-speed internet, and a cleaning service every couple of weeks
• After meeting, we’ll need proof of income, debt record, and permit, plus a CHF 1,800 deposit paid into a bank-controlled rental deposit account
• No pets, instruments, or smokers, please
