Looking for one person to take over my room in Oerlikon

🏠 The Apartment (~84 m²)

The flat is spacious and modern, with:

Big North and East-facing windows, creating a bright, but never hot apartment. A large open-plan kitchen and living area featuring a big kitchen island and all modern appliances. Bathroom + separate guest toilet A big east-facing balcony for sunny breakfasts or chilled evenings. Washer and dryer in-unit Spacious cellar for storage

🛏️ The Room (~14 m²) A bright, fully furnished room with a large north-facing window that brings in soft, indirect sunlight all day—perfect for working or relaxing. It comes with a bed, wardrobes, and an electric standing desk + ultra-wide monitor (currently stored in the cellar). Almost all furniture is owned by Ben, if you want to bring in your own, that can be arranged.

💸 Financials Including utilities, Mr Green and Internet CHF 1430/month. Move-in date from 16th March

👋 The WG & Flatmate

You'll be living with Ben (35, m) – British-German, scientific co-founder of a Zurich-based startup. He’s a wonderful human, open-minded, relaxed, and enjoys hanging out now and then when schedules align. Think shared dinners, chats on the balcony, and mountain adventures with our friend group. His hobbies include yoga, bouldering, ski touring, snowboarding, kitesurfing, and hiking. We’re looking for someone who’s social, open-minded, and brings good energy. The apartment has to be pet-free and ideally you're a non-smoker.
