Big living and dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, balcony, and access to terrace and shared garden. Basement and attic storage. Shared washing machine. Good relationship with neighbours. Flat furnished, but your room unfurnished.
WG Setup: 1-year subletting contract with me starting in May.
