Aktuell stehen theoretisch zwei Zimmer zur Auswahl, je nach Wunsch moebliert oder unmoebliert. Da sich die Wohnung gerade in einer Umbruchphase befindet, hast du die Freiheit, dir dein zukuenftiges Reich selbst auszusuchen.

• Lage und Aussicht: Sehr ruhig gelegen (abseits der Strasse), grosse Fenster mit direktem Blick ins Gruene und auf den Fluss.
• Ausstattung: Moderne Bodenheizung und zwei Badezimmer.
• Kueche und Technik: Hochwertige V-Zug Geraete (Glaskeramik, Backofen, Geschirrspueler).
• Waesche: Eigener Waschturm (V-Zug) direkt in der Wohnung.
• Entertainment: Wohnzimmer mit 80-Zoll-TV und 1 Gbit/s Highspeed-Internet.

Ueber mich und die Mitbewohner
Ich bin 44 (m), betreibe mein eigenes Studio im Bereich Film/Animation und schaetze ein angenehmes Miteinander. Zur Wohnung gehoeren auch ein Shiba Inu (Hund) und zwei Britisch-Kurzhaar-Katzen. Du solltest also ein absoluter Tierfreund sein!

Gesucht wird:
Eine unkomplizierte Persoenlichkeit mit Sinn fuer Ordnung, festem Job und ohne Betreibungen. Was am meisten zaehlt ist, dass wir gut miteinander auskommen und den Freiraum des anderen respektieren. (Wichtig: Nicht fuer Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet).
