We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat. Currently we are one female (25) PhD student at ETH, from India and male (23) working as a flight attendant, from the Netherlands. We are mostly quiet and keep to ourselves although we occasionally have a game night or movie night. We speak English in the flat. Looking for someone who is neat and tidy and might have some experience living in a WG.
The room is 17m² big. The rent includes all utilities and shared costs.
Room is rented out unfurnished. However, some furniture can be taken over (optional, and price to be discussed with the previous tenant).
We share the kitchen and the living room which gets winter morning sun and is really nice. We have a separate WC and Bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is a 15 min walk to the Dübendorf train station and less than 10 min walk to bus and tram stations.
